What happens after feedback is received
The site distinguishes factual corrections from differences of opinion and claims that cannot be verified. If an error that affects a conclusion is confirmed, the article will be revised and its modification date updated. A brief note will be retained in the article when the change is significant. Fixing only a typo or formatting issue should not cause a page to be presented as substantively updated.
Providers may submit factual evidence, but they may not demand the removal of accurate negative records or exchange a commercial relationship for a changed conclusion. Remove or obscure personal data before sending anything that contains user information, credentials, or subscription details.
Privacy reminder
Before submitting a screenshot, redact email addresses, order numbers, subscription URLs, access tokens, payment information, and any other personal data.
