During the alert period, the XSUS website was frequently inaccessible, customer support did not reply for an extended period, and its Telegram announcement channel had not posted for a long time.
These were high-risk signals. The advice at the time was to stop renewing immediately.

The XSUS announcement group had not been updated for more than 14 days, and members could not send messages.

The official website was frequently unavailable and customer support was unreachable.
