⚠️ Lray High-Risk Shutdown Alert—April 7, 2026
From late February 2026, Lray (lray.io) routes steadily deteriorated and node availability fell quickly.
By April, the service was reportedly offline almost all day, and its dedicated app could not connect to an available server. Ticket response times, previously reported as under 24 hours, extended beyond 48 hours without a reply.
High-risk alert: Stop renewing and making new purchases. Migrate essential traffic and limit further losses.

Lray incident timeline
From late February 2026: routes became clearly unstable
Beginning in late February, Lray experienced frequent disconnections and widespread node failures. Users often saw all nodes offline, with only two or three servers occasionally available.

Later: a half-price promotion without visible service recovery
While node quality continued to decline, the operator launched a half-price promotion. The source article found no visible route recovery or clear outage announcement during that period.
From April 2026: nearly all-day failure and an unusable app
By April, the service had deteriorated to near-continuous unavailability. The dedicated app could not connect to an available server and could no longer meet ordinary use needs.

Support deterioration: no ticket reply for more than 48 hours
Tickets that were previously reported to receive a reply within 24 hours remained unanswered for more than two days, indicating a substantial decline in support availability.
Current risk conclusion
The available evidence shows these high-risk characteristics:
- widespread, prolonged node failures that continued to worsen;
- a low-price promotion during the outage, without a corresponding repair or explanatory notice;
- a failed dedicated client and service availability approaching zero;
- much slower ticket responses and support approaching loss of contact;
- a website that remained accessible and accepted purchases, increasing users' financial exposure.
This site currently classifies Lray as a high-risk shutdown alert.

Loss-mitigation advice
- Stop renewing or adding credit immediately.
- Export existing subscription information and preserve payment and ticket records.
- Move essential traffic to a backup provider to avoid a single point of failure.
- If the website also becomes unreachable or service remains unrecoverable for an extended period, the assessment may be raised to confirmed shutdown.

Warning
Every proxy service carries a shutdown risk. Keep several pay-as-you-go backups and use monthly billing for your primary service to limit potential losses.
